sounds painful


you need to get FTP server software, i don't know of any free ones. maybe check download.com. a good one is bulletproof. i believe IIS has one in it too.

Don't use the one with comes with IIS - it's full of holes. You'll be a big virus/worm magnet if you do.

I actually like Filezilla server for light duty use. It's really easy to setup and it's free.

Serv-U is free for basic use. You also get the full version use for a 30-day trail, to see if you need / want the extra features. I use it and it's neat for a simple, easy FTP server.

And I agree with Bigf00t. If you consider the connections, flow of electricity and everything associated with running this kinda software, using your own body would be pretty painful.
