Actually I liek this pam. TechIMO's ClanIMO has been looking for a cheap server for a while, and these seem to be the cheapest we have found. How good are ya'll tech support? And how fast does it normally take for you to respond to an email?

We had a server with Divo, and Divo has the best Tech support IMO, I only had to wait 5-10minutes for them to answer my emails if I had any problems.
