HiS vs Sapphire, 9600 pro

Hello,

I am going to purchase a Radeon 9600 Pro very soon, and I have found a Sapphire 9600 Pro for (Australian dollars) $287 and a HiS Excalibur 9600 Pro for $250.

I was wondering whether to go for the Sapphire or the HiS, is it worth the extra $37? I am quite low on cash and believe it or not, as I am a uni student living out of home $37 is a significant difference to me, but I dont want to get stuck with a lower end card just because I didnt want to shell out 40 bucks.

Thankyou

Does anyone here know the memory type on the two boards? I think the Sapphire has the standard Samsung DDR, rated at 2.86ns, I have read something about the HiS cards getting 3.3ns but Im not sure as these pages tend to be in a foreign language.
