Frequent disconnection problem when i connect using webramp

Hi guys,

I am using webramp 315 e to connect to server, but in recent days i am facing problem of frequent disconnection after every 10-15 min.
When i use only modem for connection then it is working fine and no disconnection occurs.

I have checked the configuaration and also the Erhernet card,patch cord,connection of webramp and ethernet card all are correct.
I also consult with my ISP, there is no prob in ISP or telephone line.

I am connecting to ISP through Dial up connection.

Please tell me some solution over it.
