Nero 6 Ultra Edition. Problem.!!

I got the latest version.
Latest Firmware.
Clean WindowXP Home installed.
Still not able to make Nero make a copy of a disk for me.
All they suggest from their Tech support is to me to turn DMA on.
Right click on my Computer/properties/hardware/device manager/IDE atapi controllers/right click on primary and secondary Channels/properties/advanced settings/DMA if available.
I got it ON right..? So why does in my Log files still shows as it is OFF?
And that is why may be it is not working.
How can turn DMA on any other way?
Please I know there someone knows..
Enlighten me, please.
Thank you. i will attach one of my Logs here. after this line.

Are you seriously trying to copy disc-to-disc with 52x?
Will never happen. Lower the speed to 8x or so and it might work.

Other than that, perhaps you need to install aspi drivers.
