dvd rw non recognition
I upgraded power pro director to 2.55 and burnt my first movie with the disk wizard, no problems.
Since then I tried to burn a second home movie using disk wizard, I can complete all stages until the final stage of burning to disk, I then get the message “ Drive not ready or no Disk in Drive”
I have since looked at my worktop in windows and see that the drive icon never shows any information when I place a dvd-rw in the drive, although the drive icon shows the label cd-rw.
When I place a cd-r in the drive the icon shows the lettering cd-r and confirms available space on the disk.
So am I right in asuming that my operating system no longer recognises these disks?
To clear any confusion here, I am using DVD-RW disks.
Can anyone advise me or give me a forum where I could be helped
