Laminator Opinions

I am looking for feedback on laminators that someone has used.
I will be submitting a order request to get one at work. The max sheet size will be a letter documentI have used a pouch one in the past with acceptable results.
My goal is to keep the price under $200.00, easier to get the signature on the order form.

Which is better cool or heat?
