ntdll.dll (a system library containing NT system functions)
errors are typically caused by applications or a damaged/missing file
you were using msn 8 and it worked fine, you must have upgraded to 8.5? since it worked fine before and not after something is probably wrong with the 8.5 installation. removing and reinstalling would likely repair the issue in this case.
if that should not be the case you would need to figure out which program is making the call to the ntdll file and either repair or reinstall the application causing the issue. there are utilities that can locate which applications are using a dll. google should result in a program that will help
good luck and welcome to TechIMO
