Bad block ?

I get this error message from time to time for my burner or cd-rom in the Event Viewer.

The message is always about a bad block so it's that related to a cd that i'm trying to burn, a cd that i'm having in the cd-rom or is it about one of them not working properly (burner or cd-rom) ?

Well my dvd drive does that all the time, by the time im finished watching a movie half the system log is filled with them. Wekk because its been doing it for ages I dont think there's anything to worry about.

But that dosent really answer any questions, I hope someone else knows more about this.
