Kids NT4 Permissions

Hi all, on our school server (NT4) we have individual folders for each student EG( "year7" folder then individual students folder within this) with relevant permissions eg (Student full, administrator full, certain teachers read.)
Is there a way to add a new user to the permissions list for each student folder ie.(all the folders in the "year7" folder).
Under the current setup if you add a new user to the permissions for the "year7" folder and select replace on all subdir the original user permissions are then changed, to only show the new user which means manually going through and adding back in the individual students on their folder.

Try this .. "Security Explorer"

Very nice, you can backup all of the NTFS permissions.. play around as you see fit. If you bork it all ... just restore them

I do believe you can just ADD a permission on a group of folders as well
(think you can do an evaluation version to tinker with it)
