Win2000 Setup Error

Ok here goes. I tried installing XP Pro on a barebones comp. and it wouldnt work I kept gettion Error Code #4 and with my research done it's probally due to the fact that It's a burnt copy. So I tried installing 2000 Pro witch is a Eval-copy straight from Microsoft, not burnt. I'm getting the error: Line 155 of the INF file is invalid. Setup cannot continue Press any key to exit. Whats the problem?? I would appreciate some replys ASAP, I've been trying so many diff. things since yesterday at 1pm. Thank You!!!! I also tried installing Windows 2000 Advanced Server and get the same error except Line 419 instead.
