when i goto my site i get this error i can't seem to fix it

As already mentioned, it looks like the permissions have been messed up. You could try contacting your hosting provider to see if they can reset the permissions for your root directory.

Also, if you have an administration panel, see if you can change the permissions from there.

Isn't this a duplicate of this thread/problem? Have you tried any of the suggestions listed?

yes my cpanel dosn't work
and i can't do Name servers:
NS1.SITESNATCHER.COM
NS2.SITESNATCHER.COM
bc that site dosn't work

Are you able to log onto your site through an FTP client?
