Gaming Server...Dual Xenons vs. Xp 2100

I found this sweet deal for a call of duty gaming server, $40 for 16 players. It is hosted by a xp2100 with 1gb of ram.....and then there is this other company which is $50 for 14 players, which is hosted on dual xenons with 2gb of ram.

Im really conflicted here.....10 bucks may not sound like much, but when you are trying to get people to donate it to support a server it really is. I know that the internect connection is probably the most important thing, but they are the same. So is it worth paying the extra $10 for the xenon's and the extra ram, or would that be overkill?

In all honestly the dual Xeons will do nothing more then a single Xeon, unless the game itslef is designed to utilize a dual CPU set up. The same would go with the ammount of RAM in both systems.

As I see it, the only difference that would be made here is the internet connection and the speed of the Xeon.

the only reason why the company uses dual CPUs/lots of ram is so they can run more servers from a single system....therefore this is just a marketing scam because each server requires equal amounts of processing power/RAM

I've got to echo everyone else. There's nothing to be gained going with the more expensive solution, and frankly dedicated game servers usually don't take tip-top hardware to run.
