Video card...which is the best for under 100$

Have a FX 5200 series "lite". 128 mg
card is ok but benchmarks suck
IF I was to sell card, what would be the next one to use for under 100$ that would help with benchmarking ?

13 gig hard drive "old drive"
athlon xp 2500 clocked to 2.2 ghz
kt600 triton gigabyte mother board
256 ddrram 2700 333

here, a 9500nP 64mb for 99 dollars...

even of the mod doesnt work, you'll still have one 1337 card(for the price)
