Graphics Card TV Out problem

Can anyone help me. Ive had an NVIDIA GeForce MX 460 for some time now, and i have nad no problems using the TV out on my TV. When i updated the drivers to the detonator drivers, all i could get on the tv was a turquoise screen. signal was being sent, but it was just one block of colour. i tried the recent forceware 52.16 drivers and it is still the same. does anyone know how i can get the new drivers to work, or am i going to have to use the old 28.32 drivers

i'm having basically the same problem with my sapphire radeon 9600 . I'm guessing the tv out is bad. I have read that this part if video cards is sensitive and it often breaks/stops working.
