how do you take a screen shot? if i wanted to make a screen shot of my desktop for instance how would i do that?

Press the print screen button on your keyboard and then paste the image into a graphics proggy such as MS Paint.

Also, if you do [ALT]+[Print Screen] then it'll only take a shot of your current active window instead of the entire screen. Just fyi.

Is it free? No? How much is it? Oh, only $40.

$40 for a screen capture utility??? "Rip-off" doesn't even begin to describe that...IMO.

Because because because....it can do things like take scrolling screenshots, dvd screenshots. etc etc. Try doing those things and more with "free".

However, in this particular case...paying for Snagit for a simple screenshot would be stupid.
