Data recovery software

What kind of data recovery software do you folks use and how reliable is it?
I have both REST2514 and Easy Recovery Pro V5.0 but haven't used either of them much yet. Just experimenting with them on my own system. I want something that I can take on a floppy to a clients computer and recover that important word doc or spreadsheet they have just erased by mistake. Will these progs work on FAT32 and NTFS drives?

Media Tools Professional 2003 by ACR is the best that I have used to bring back a 80gig hard drive formated by mistake and got it all back. Plus the reverse clone is also nice. cost $600 on unlimited use or $200 for 25 drive uses you can DL a demo which I believe only does one drive. I purchased the 25 drive ver after trying out by a fellow TIMO member. I have yet to see anything that works better on full drive recovery.

MDS,

That sounds like a great program but at that price (Which works out to be about $1000.00 Aust) Its a little too ex*****ve for what I want it for. I mainly deal with home users so couldn't justify spending that much on a program as they would not want to pay me what I need to charge to cover my costs.
