Systems Can't download from an FTP site?

Hi all,

Trying to download a new driver from www.linksys.com and it redirects me to an ftp site but IE6 on Win XP just thinks about it and does nothing. All other wed surfing is working fine. Tried switiching off Firewall but no difference.

Is there any suggestions to get me accessing ftp files?

Cheers, Rich

Can you post the link to what you're trying to download?

I might be able to get it and then email it to you (if it's not that big).

Thanks for that! It is the setup wizard file I need. Trouble is that it is 31Mb! I am on Broadband so don't mind but appreciate if it will tie up your system for too long.

Could you at least try the download to see if it is just me that is having problems.

Rich

I'm downloading it now.

I had to hit the "click here" but it came up immediately after that. Do you use AIM - I could just IM to you if you like.

It didn't.

I just sigend up for a .Net password so I signed into Windows Messenger and added you to my buddy list but it says you're offline. If you can connect we'll work from there. Go ahead and edit your MSN and ICQ addesses off of this page though before you do.

See you in a bit.
