My guess would be that someone that has your e-mail addy has got an infected comp. I got warnings from my University's mail server about Klez for almost three weeks before it stopped. It ended up being a student that had d/l'ed the campus phone book to send spam!
When his comp got the Klez virus, well you know.
Not much you can do except wait till they clean it out. Blocking the sender won't to much as the from field is more then likly spoofed.
