Processor clock speed problem

I just recentally built a system consisting of:

Pentium 4 2.66Ghz CPU
PC Chips M922LU Mobo
512 MB PC 2100 Ram
DVD Drive
56K modem
floppy drive
Windows XP Installed


The problem is the computer is recognizing the CPU as a 2Ghz instead of a 2.6Ghz. I checked AM BIOS to see if CPU configurations was inside there, but there wasn't. When I right click on device manager and click properties, the PC says it has a Pentium 4 2.6, but it is only running at 2.0. I was reading the manual and see that the motherboard has a CPU clock frequency jumper that allows it to go from 100m to 133m. I am not sure what it is set on yet, but this could have something to do with why the CPU is running at 2Ghz. Do you think so?

20 x 100 Mhz = 2000 mhz...
