how to reinstall DUN?!

hi
i have a 128kbps connection and nothing its working, i have try with ethernet and usb and it still the same, i called tech and they said it was my machine, and i think its the DUN and i would like to know how to reinstall?? i have win ME and dont have the disk but i have the cabs (thats what i think cuz on c: theres a folder named win9x that contains a setup file and when i open it says welcome to win me installation
so can somebody help me pleasE?

I have Win98SE and it should be the same. Go to control panel, get into the add/remove programs menu, click the Windows Setup tab, double click 'communications'. Highlight Dialup Networking, choose the install/uninstall tab at the top.

Thats as far as I am willing to go..nothing wrong with mine LOL..so, I don't want to uninstall it...
