Tweaking ATI 9800 SE ???

Is it possible to tweak the 9800 se to a 9800 pro and if so how could i do that?

You can possibly overclock the 9800 SE to 9800 Pro speeds with RadClocker but the differences between the 2 cards are more than just pure clock speed so the performance won't be anywhere near the same. I can't recall the exact differences but it's along the lines of 128-bit vs 256-bit, 4 pipelines vs 8 pipelines, lower clock, etc.

No, I've never heard of that but if it's possible I'd surely like to hear more! I've got a 9600 Pro (4 pipelines).

Only on a radeon 9500. There are no pipelines to unlock on the 9600 and 9800. Go ahead and OC them till they burn up. You can do that.
