"Not able to copy to disc" when trying CDRW Drive

When I try to copy something to my CDRW I get a error,"Not able to copy to disc".I am able to read all information on that drive and the drive tells me it is working properly, according to the hardware manager.
I have tried a new disc, a CDRW, and a CDRW that I had copied to that day at work.I am able to burn a DVD, converted a VHS movie to a DVD+.

This started after I installed DVD+RW as the master on IDE2 and the CDRW as slave on IDE2. My original setup was the CDRW as master on IDE2 and a CD Drive as slave on IDE2.

Setup: WIN XP Pro
Lite-on DVD+RW Dive
CDRW, not sure of manufacturer.
20 Gb HD partitioned on IDE1
ATI Rage Fury Pro 128 Video card
ATI TV wonder "VE" capture card, new installation

Found that "DLA" was disabeled on this drive.
