it says forbidden i odn't know what to do
can anyone help me

That can happen if directory listing is denied and for whatever reason you do not have an index page updated to the root directory of your web site (index.html, index.htm, index.php, etc).

I suggest FTPing into your site and seeing if your index page still exists.

You can also do all that through the control panel, if this is a hosted site.

i have cpanel but its not working for some reason

I forgot about cpanel and how you can browse the contents of your site.

Name servers:
NS1.SITESNATCHER.COM
NS2.SITESNATCHER.COM

EDIT - Your 'Links' and 'Contact' pages come back 404's as well.
