Please refer this http://www.guru3d.com/comments.php?category=1&id=673 Even I am gettin the same problem with my RIVA TNT2 32MB 64M. In the Display properties/settings/advanced I have noticed that under the TNT2 Model 64 tab it shows my on-board Memory as 16 MB. Friends please refer to the above link to get the full information about this issue especially people using NVIDIA cards.
