Thermaltake Silentboost-Better than Volcano 7?

My current apparatus:

* Thermaltake Volcano 7 (Gets louder as it heats up)
* Arctic Silver 3
* Asus A7M266 Motherboard
* AMP Palomino XP 2000+

First of all, to start it off, any of you A7M Owners here, did you try using the SilentBoost (Thermaltake PN A1889) on the Motherboard? Will this PNA1889 fit? If not, why?

Also, compared to the Volcano 7 that I'm currently using, if you have used it before and if you are a Volcano 7 User previously, how does the SilentBoost A1889 compare to the Volcano 7? Currently I'm reading reviews regarding about this. I'm not an Overclocker and I'm considering this because my mom complains about the high noise of the CPU Fan and I was only hoping if this was a good low-noise replacement for the Volcano 7 or not. Please give me the way ASAP. Thanks.

it's probably not in the price range you're wanting but i just built a new system with a thermalright slk947 heatsink and a 90mm fan (that runs at 2700rpm) which i cant even hear on a 2600+ barton. it gets great cooling too, i got f@h running right now and temp's only 41C and i only have 2 fans (1 in 1 out) in my case right now. and it also requires mounting holes on the mobo (but the slk900a doesnt)
