What video card for a media pc

I want to set up a computer to record shows off of sattelite. Is the All in wonder the best choice for that? We were looking at the 9000pro and the 9600pro. Should we go ahead and get the 9600 so that we can do video editing? Is there a pci card we could get instead so that we could upgrade the video card without having to upgrade the video capture? And will an Ati all in wonder be able to recieve video from a sattelite?

Thank you,
Christopher

Is the Ati tv wonder card just as good as one of the all in wonders?

So many questions, I'll only tackle the one. If your sattellite feed is coax cable, you might try the Leadtek TV 2000 Retail Box.

It's listed on the computer hardwarde tab at NewEGG for $46 shipped. Got 4 vidoe software titles, remote, and is a hoot to play with. Click on the more info, and read the reviews.

I love mine, but just do basic stuff with it. Like post the weather conditions in the Promised Land, during the Califronia fires:
