ati's radeon 9600 pro/9600 xt vs. 9500 pro

this question might have been asked before but not by me anyways,im looking at a new video card and considering these two cards. now the 9600 pro and 9600 xt are the same price and i dont really know the difference between them, but i really want the 9500 pro more althouhg its more expensive but it has 8 pipelines compared to the 9600 pro's 4 pipelines ,also the 9500 pro has 4 geometry engines compared to the 9600's 2, but i wnat to know which one yall would get. I CAN'T FIND THE 9500 PRO ANYWHERE. if anyone could find a place that sells them please tell me. but any info would be nice thanks.

If you want to pay the cash for a 9500 Pro the cheapest is Here .

But for that price, you might consider looking into the 9700 series..... not much more for a much faster card that is also DX9 compatable.

You can get a 9700 Pro for around $250-$270 depending on the vendor. They are still rock solid cards for gaming!!!!!

I would go with the 9600XT. First, you will only be loosing a few frames per second compared with the 9500pro that you will not notice.

Second, FREE HALF LIFE 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When you buy the XT series cards from ATI, they come with a coupon for a free full version of HL2 when valve releases it. That is reason enough for me.
