Hidden Toolbars

I was messing around with the setting on my ge-force advanced display and stuff. Now my toolbars arent shown. My quicklaunch toolbars I had on the left and top of my screen. I cannot find them at all. I try to place another one there, and then auto hide but it says there is a toolbar already hidden on that side of the screen. I dont know what I should do, can someone please help me. I got to get my quicklaunch bars back or I'm gonna die.

just move your cursor to the edge of you screen where your tool bars were and the cursor will turn into a double arrow, then click and hold and move the cursor to get your tool bar back.
