Securing C drive
I am in the process of securing library computers on our campus. They are running w2kpro, in a workgroup, have one drive (c). I am trying to make it so that the students cannot save locally to the hard drive. I setup permissions so that the student account has only read/read&exc/list.... This does prevent users from saving locally, however- it has some undesirable results. Students are unable to run word (global template error), print from internet, etc... Am I in the wrong direction in this? Are there special atrributes I am supposed to change in order for these errors not to occur? Thanks for any help! If you need any additional info, please let me know as well...
