Favorite parts-provider is about to 'byte' the dust!

I think Micropro is about to hit the floor!

They don't sell assembled computers anymore, they don't answer emails/phone calls.....
I hope the computer I bought a few months ago doesn't go bad or I won't have anybody to turn to.

I was very happy with Micropro's service....I liked the way I could custom build any computer online and have them assemble it for me (for just $20).

Now I have to look for another provider.....

Any suggestions???

I'm a fan of MWave for newer stuff. And CompGeeks for those "not-so-new" items.

up in your neck of the woods I would think there would be hundreds of local shops looking for your biz.

Them assembling it? BAH, just do it yourself.

Waste of $20, and you probably have to pay shipping from them to your house too.

To answer your question, yes, Micro Pro is / has gone under. I'm surprised their website is still up--bankruptcy proceedings began over a month ago.
