Weird Profile Problem - urgent help needed!!
I had to create a new profile for a user @ my work (for reasons that are too long to explain!) After this was done, i exported all her Outlook email items to .pst files. I then deleted her old profile. Next, I opened Outlook in her new profile and imported all the items I had exported into the relevant folders. The weird thing is that all the improted items somehow duplicated into her new email store as well as her OLD store. This email store is rather large, so having 2 on the same server bought it crashing down as all the space was taken up. I've managed to bring the server back up again, but now unsure of what to do with this ladies emails. Every time I delete them and re-import them, it deletes them from BOTH stores and then on re-importing, makes another copy of the emails in teh old store!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
