Help with warcraft 3!!

Hi all, I'm new here and to the pc gaming world, I got warcraft 3 and put the cd in the tray than threw the cd case away (thinking I'd store the cd in my cd case), than my mom told me to do some chores (which included taking out the trash) and by the time I got done, when i went to load the game I need some code thing to load it, and my friend said it was on the back of the cd case I threw away!!, what can I do?. Thank you guys, any help would be great!.

you could possibly take the cd and receipt to the shop you bought the game from and see if they would give you the code, or get in touch with the game publishers.

I doubt the shop would have the CD-key. Your best bet would be to contact Blizzard.

Contact Blizzard, you might have to pay something like $10 for the shipping and handling or whatnot, but they'll give you a new game if you show them the receipt.

LOL happened something similar to me.... I was cleaning the cd jewel case of Diablo 2 Exp, after I finished I messed out the sticker that has the cd key now i cannot read it, hopefully I have already installed but well looks like i will have to pay blizzard for the new cd key when i reinstall it..
