Nero 6 Ultra Edition. Problem.!!

I cant get it to work right out of the box, even after full system format..uff!! any ideas? it always fails in the Burn Process.
I cant copy JACK.!! Emailes Nero Tech support, but they dont know i think...i got Logs if anyone interested in givivng me a hand.

Was your previous burning software working fine with your current burner?

Maybe if you could post up a few of the error reports from the log file...

I got an Alienware and the default burner was working fine..Creator Platinum. But you know, i wanted to upgrade to make copy of Games ans stuff..we all know NERO doesnt stop in Copy righted sign, but there you go.,,Humm i tested the CDRW and it is fine..one Log here.

Slow down the write to 32X or less. Just had a problem with Nero on a Dell pc this week. Needed to slow the write speed down even though Nero said differently.

did not work....i tried half my speed.. 24X still no results.

Upgrade your Nero version....6.0.0.3 is OLD in the 6 series...

The only error I catch from the log is 'error reading data'.
Which would mean that for some reason the data it tries to read for burning is inaccessible.

try updating you atapi.sys driver. it's over a year old. this could be the problem. also if I am reading this right, try turning on DMA for the cd drive.
