Where is. "gpedit.msc"

I use Windows XP Home with sp1
i am trying to edit the IE tool bar.. but cant open that
gpedit.msc
so i can do it.. how can i do?
What do i need to install.?

go to start >> run then type in "gpedit.msc" (no quotes) and that will give you access to the Group Policy Editor

one other thing you must be logged in as an admin

gpedit.msc is not available as an editor in Windows XP Home edition, only in Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP Professional. This is why the Pro version is considered better.
