FF XI 1st month free?

I just bought this game, and HOW IN THE world do I get the first month free?

If I register for a "Contnet ID" it sasy $12.95 for the first month!!

NM i got it. Geez these pay-per-month games really suck hard. I'm beginning to regret even picking up this piece of junk.

Ack... $13 a month!!!

And since you are paying to play, I feel like I should devote myself 100% to this game just so I can get my money's worth. God, it's like gambling.

It should be pay for a certain amount of gameplay hours. Like $13 for 100 hours or somthing.

Oh yea this is hilarious though...

ACK THIS GAME IS HORRIBLE!!!

What a ruining of the FF series.

I don't understand the program, i don't get why i have to sing my life away just to play. After downloading "updates" for 2 FREAKING HOURS with 1.5 MBs connection and finally getting into the game, I am just put into some town and left there. WTF DO I DO?

No tuorials, no menus, no help.

Plus, WTF are all the other players? Mmorpg. WTF IS THE 1st M. I'm all alone. There is no speech either. You would think that after having everything in speech in FFX they would at least have voices at SOME point. NO HERE!!

GOD this is the apitomy of ruined games.

The graphics looked cool.

I will give the game it another try tomorrow then I'm taking this piece of @!%# back.

If you didn't notice, I'm pretty PO'ed.

dude, this game kicks ass.

It has a 100% final fantasy feel.

The fun starts when you get an idea of what you want to do then you go out and fight. Fighting in general is fun, but partying up makes this game amazing.

give it another few days, the first day i wandered aimlessly not knowing what to do, where to go, or where I was.....I loved it, total, utter, immersion.

Gorgeous Game.

Yeah I was a Beta for this game it rocks. Hard because most quest need 5 players. Be ready to find friends in this game.

Yeah u need to join clans and all to beat certain people in the game. I'm still trying to get the folks to let me get it.
