How do i open HL in a window?

I know there is a command that I add to my shortcut to allow HL to open in a window instead of full screen. Can someone post that plz. thx

the answer is in >Configuration>Video Mode>... checkbox Run in Window. Since i didn't get a serious answer... i found it myself.

Also. You can do this:

If your using steam go Games>right click on the game you want>properties> Launch Propertys> and enter "-window 1024x786" with out the "".

if your on old HL: right click on your shortcut. and add "-window 1024x786" to the target field after whast already there!

Adding on the TheBurningCat's answer, It doesn't have to be 1024x768, the best resolution to run in a window is a size smaller than the one you use for your desktop.

E.g. If you run a 800x600 window, run HL @ 640x480.

My friend only plays HL in windowed mode, I have no idea why though.
