hello all ? how do i go about backing up my video drivers i have xp pro thanks for any input merv

Well windows automatically backs up your old drivers so that you can reroll them back.

Then again you can always just save the drivers on a back up disk, or directory.

Your question is a bit vague, but I hope this helps.

Note: if you install the drivers, and then install them again, Windows has a tendancy to see the drivers installed as old, and the ones being installed as new, even if they are the same. So be warey of constantly installing the same drivers.

WinDriversBackup Personal Edition will back up all of your drivers and is free.

This is where drivers are loaded: C:\WINNT\system32\drivers
