warcraft 3 prob

hey i currently have a ati 9200 and my prob is, i cant make the view of the game more zoomed out, my onld graphic card geforce 4 mx440 didnt have any prob.

i tried changing resoulution to 1024+768, still, even higher resolution still.

Have you updated the drivers to the newest version? Also ATI cards tend to have no issues when you run WC3 in OpenGL mode (instructions at www.blizzard.com)

Step 4
Try OpenGL or Software Transformation and Lighting (of polygons):

1. Click Start
2. Click Programs
3. Click Warcraft III
4. Right-click on the Warcraft III icon
5. Select Properties
6. Add -opengl to the Target field. (Example "C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\Warcraft III.exe" -opengl)
7. Click OK and try the game again
8. If you still experence problems repeat the above steps but replace the -opengl tag with -swtnl and try the game again

thanks i'll try, but y. is ati more better in open gl.

but the thing is, its not my graphic card. whant i want is to zoom out, so the buildings, characters and other stuff in the game view is smaller. so i can see more space while playing the game. like your resoulution on ur desktop.

if i choose 800x600, its liked u zoomed in, compared to 1024x768 where theres plenty of space and th eview is more extended.

thats what i mean

like other games such as c & c generals, where the view is far so i can see more stuff.
