Driver IRQL Less than or Equal...BSOD

After searching for this issue in the forums on Techimo, I decided I'd be clear about it and put it all out there on the table. Hopefully it will make it easier to tackle.

My system:

Intel D850MV mobo
P4 2.6 cpu
1024 RDRAM
GeForceFX 5600 Ultra
Linksys NIC card
Soundblaster 5.1

External USB devices: keyboard, logitech Clicksmart 310, Microsoft Sidewinder Precision 2 J.S., MANY Mp3 player (when connected)

I'm running WinXP Pro SP1. Other possibly pertinant programs: Norton Sys Works 2003, Zone Alarm, Trillian and an occaisional user of Kazaa Lite and Shareaza (both p2p progs).

My BSOD is this:

Driver IRQL Less Than or Equal (note: no specific file or driver
indicated--ever) Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000009, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000009)

What I have done. Well...not much honestly but try and try to find answers online. I have gone through my computer extensively, first removing unused/unwanted software, checked drivers on major components (i.e. my video card is using the very latest drivers from Nvidia). Microsoft suggests turning your paging file off, restarting, then turning it on using the Windows managed settings. Did that. No fix. Went to Component Services and checked the Event Viewer for Applications and saw a repeated fail of the True Vector Engine in groups of 5 fails at a time. Research online indicates some relation between True Vector and Zone Alarm. Not sure what to do with that yet. Sorted my devices by 'Resource by Connection' and noticed that 2 separate IRQs are being doubled up. 9 is being used both by Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System and Intel(R) 82801BA/BAM SMBus Controller - 2443 (whatever that is). IRQ 23 is also used by both Intel(r) 82801BA/BAM USB Universal Host Controller - 2444 and Linksys NC100 Fast Ethernet Adapater. Not sure how to fix these since XP takes the 'man-handling' aspect away from us.

Now that I've said all this I'll add that the last time it crashed (probably only an hour ago now) I was both surfing the web and had Shareaza running AND downloading at the same time. Also, the Stop information is always the same. I'm pretty sure I've put down all the important information. Thanks for any help offered in advance.

Move your NIC to another slot & reset BIOS ESCD then restart....
Try that.
It sounds like an IRQ share issue to me.
