2003 The Great Year that got Delayed....
Well guys another game slips its release date Unreal Tournament 2004 will be released until next year.... http://www.gamespydaily.com/news/fullstory.asp?id=5442

This was going to be a great year at least for me, I was going to have HL2, the old king Doom was back ..... but this ones were rescheduled for next year......

Oh well looks like the big year now will be 2004 for all of FPS fans...

Is yearly UT releases really necessary? Looks like they are trying to force the game into being obsolete after a year.

They were adding some vehicles and stuff, If i remember well for 2003 users there was going to be a download to get all the new content... not sure tought.

It's going to be an insane year next year....

In a matter of a couple months (March/April):
- Splinter Cell 2
- Half Life 2
- Doom 3
and there's one more big name but I forgot

Well, UT04 being released in 04 DOES make sense now dont it? Yeah, I thought 2003 was gonna be one of those years to go down in history. Instead, its infamy, the year of the delayed games.

Well at least Unreal T 2004 will be released in 2004.
Go to give them that much. It is also more then Microsoft can do where they decide to drop the number after Windows since they don't know when its coming out (ex Windows ME, Windows XP).

In the end it gives people something to look foward to, and its going to cause much confusion and flaming posts on which game is better since majority will either buy only one game, or play one of them.

And Duke Nukem Forever????? well this game is taking forever to fiinish....

Also blizzard is going to release World of Warcraft.... looks like a good contender for the current games like Everquest and the like.
