What's the difference between norton systemworks 2003 pro and non-pro? Also what's kind of things can creative suites do? Thanks.

Professional includes Ghost, which lets you make a bit-for-bit copy of your hard disk; in other words, it's a way to make your own "restore disk." Don't buy a retail box version of 2003 Pro; look on pricewatch.com. You can get it for under $15. Version 2004 is already out; I'm waiting for an OEM version (no box or manual) to make an appearance.
