Ok
I got this bad error like every one else
I reinstalled windows to a new folder
And the new install loads
But when i try to copy the files in system 32 to transfer to old windows
it says it can't because something is using them
Have you tried copying said files in safe mode? Also, here's a little trick that may work...zip or (my preference) ace the files you want to transfer, copy the compressed file(s) to the system 32 folder, and decompress. This should bypass any file attributes preventing the copy.
