Ya 7.21 is mostly bug fixes from 7.20.. no new features but should be a bit more stable
Been using it for about 2 weeks with no problems

I think the new 7.21 has the java security flaw. There is an updated 7.21 with the new java. Don't know why they didn't rev it up to 7.22.
"If you have downloaded Opera 7.21 with Java before Oct. 29, download it again or update your Java version now with the latest Java version directly from Sun."
ahhh so its java itself that has the security flaw which would explain why its not 7.22 (albeit yes slightly confusing)
I haven't updated java in awhile anyways.. oh well
