Kids Windows 98 Security Question

Is there a way to deny a users ability to install software on a Windows 98 machine.

It's been a while since I played in W9x... but "poledit" (policy editor) should be able to let you do this. You'll need to create user accounts, and have users login. Create policies for the users.

I think if you nose around the W98 Help files a bit, using search terms such as "policy," "poledit," "user rights," etc., you should get pointed in the right direction.
