PHP: .txt Editor

I need to setup a PHP file which will allow me to edit a .txt file that is on my server through my browser. Basically all I need is a page that has a text book (that will have the .txt file's contents), and a button underneath it that allows me to save it (on the server)...

Can anyone guide me through how to do this? I can't imagine it would be that complex.
