I have been having a problem with the Xerox Phaser 850N printer at work, it's been giving me an error code of 07.004.46:15832 during it's post, and the printer will not boot past this point. I have checked Xerox's support site and all it instructs me to do is bring the printer in for repairs, that's where the problem is, the nearest xerox service center is about 300 miles away and want's to charge $200 per hour to work on it. I have worked on about 10 of these printers now and have a good knowledge of how they come apart so I would rather save the money and replace whatever part is failing myself. Does anyone know what this error code means and what part is causeing it?
I have tried changing the Preheater exit sensor assembly, the Drum temperature sensor, and the cap wipe on it. Then I ran out of spare parts
