Systems P4C800-Deluxe Problem!

Asus P4C800-Deluxe issues
Hey Guys,

I am having an issue with my P4C800-Deluxe I have

P4C800-Deluxe
P4 2.8 with Hyper Threading
2x512 Dual channel DDR PC3200
ATI Radeon 9600 pro

I set it all up and tried to get it going, but when I turned it on I got no output to the monitor at all, it never left sleep mode. I tried all the parts in a different computer and have shown that they are all working perfectly fine. I also tried different parts in the ASUS including a P4 2.0, different RAM, a different Video card and even a different case and power supply: I got the same problem. I figured that it might just be a Faulty AGP Slot, but I got the board replaced and I am having the exact same problem!!!

Does Anyone have any idea what I could be doing that would be causing this problem?? I also tried just pluging in the 2 power cables adn the processor and turning it on without RAM. I was hoping that it would beep at me and tell me that I was missing RAM, but it didn't beep at all. I am very confused, If anyone could help out that would be great!

Thanks,
Nathan

Yes, the fans are spinning, and the light on the motherboard comes on when the power is turned on. I tried resetting the CMOS as well and there was no effect.

Try removing the battery for 10 mins and see it that helps, I had a similar problem and sent the MOBO back to the manufacturer and they replaced it since it was dead !

Try another Power supply unit. I mean the third PSU, I once had some how the same problem, I changed every whole parts of my PC but still the problem occur. It was solved by luck, I put in different PSU which is the third piece of PSU then everything runs fine.
The real problem to me was I got 2 damaged PSU (one was too old, another was a new defected hardware).
Hope this might be some clue.
