Vid card removal help

I have a hp pavilion 792n, I am trying to remove my geforce mx420 from my AGP slot but its kind of not wanting to budge is there a switch or lever I have to push to release it? and also how do i check if i have on-board grahpics capability and if i do how do i disable it and would that have anything to do with the card being stuck? i know kind of a newbie quetion but i dont want to mess up my slot or card. Please help me thanks

There shouldn't be anything locking it in.
Maybe the white clip or the screw keeping the card in place?

There may be a white clip at the rear of the AGP slot. Check to make sure that you have removed the retaining screw at the top of the card near the back of the case.

The board does have a retaining clip. You need to just pull the clip while pulling the card straight up. As stated before, be sure to remove the screw first.

It doesn't look like that mobo has onboard video.
