Help with nomad jukebox

I have a nomad jukebox 10Gb mp3 player and stop working it can't detect hard drive,does anyone knows how to fix it? can i replace hard drive like any pc or it need the software that come with player? i'll aprecciatte your help!

In order to replace the hard drive you need someone who knows how to do it but its going to take a bite out of your wallet. If there's absolutely nothing you can do then just get another one. Whoever you bought the mp3 player from should have given you software. And a link up cable so you can connect your mp3 player to your computer. If you really want to you can look for somebody to do a hd swap but i would suggest you just get another. I got my rio at Costco for only 60 bucks! 129mb WITH A 64mb memory stick!

I already replace hard drive the problem is that i don't have the system or software that goes with player yes i do have the program that came with it but is only a player like windows media
